Welcome to With You Always. By purchasing our our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. 

1. We specialise in creating unique, personalised keepsakes made from cremation ashes, hair, or other commemorative materials. Each piece is crafted individually. As such, there may be slight variations in colour, texture, and appearance. This is what we think makes each item unique.

2. Ashes and Hair: We understand the sensitive nature of the elements you provide. We take all precautions to handle your elements with the utmost care and respect. Any unused elements will be returned to you or we offer a free love heart keepsake they can be added to.

3. Liability: While we take all precautions to ensure safe handling of materials, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to the materials during the shipping process.

4. Refunds and Cancellations: As our items are personalised, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the production process has started. However, we are happy to discuss any concerns or issues if they arise.

5. While every care will be taken to secure your item during postage, If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a suitable solution.

6. We reserve the right to change prices at any given time

7. We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. 

8. In the event that the material required for your order is out of stock with our supplier, we will notify you as soon as possible. We may need to extend the production time which is currently 4 weeks to accommodate the supplier's stock available.  If delays occur, we will make every effort to minimise the impact on the delivery schedule. However, please note that production and delivery times may be extended depending on the circumstances.

If the supplier's item is unavailable for an extended period, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative. If no satisfactory solution is found, we may offer a full refund or discuss other options with you. We will keep you informed of any significant delays and will provide updated estimated delivery times as soon as we receive information from our supplier.
