Ordering Process

When you place your order, here is what you should expect from me 

1. Personal Email confirmation, this is where you can confirm which elements you wish to be included in your keepsake, there is no limit but I would advise if you are choosing jewellery, to have a think about the size of the item you are ordering and what can fit in the resin space. 

2. I will send you a care package which will include a questionnaire so that I know more about your loved one or pet, enough packaging where you can add any elements you want to be included in your jewellery or keepsake (Ashes, Hair, Fur, Clothing) and a pre paid signed for return envelope.  

3. When you feel ready to send the elements to me (there is no rush), if you can let me know and I will wait on the package arriving, I will take the utmost care with your package

4. Once the package is received, I will make a start on your order, orders can take up to 4 weeks from then but I will update you throughout, I do like to consult for different things such as resin and ribbon colours as I want to get the item perfect for you

5. If there are any elements left over, I offer to add these to a pocket heart keepsake which is completely free of charge or they can be returned to you with your order
